Pay: $28-$33/hr
Collect and verify employee time records and payroll data.
Process payroll calculations, including wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Assist in tax reporting, benefits deductions, and garnishments.
Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes.
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred).
Previous experience in payroll or accounting is a plus.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, QuickBooks, or Paychex).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of labor laws and payroll tax regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
